About Alexis

I am a compassionate caregiver and current University of Denver student majoring in biology, chemistry, physics, and leadership studies. Balancing a heavy course load and two university jobs in customer service and as a Resident Assistant, I have honed stress management and creative problem-solving skills. With six years of part-time babysitting and work in 2022 as a full-time nanny, I bring extensive childcare experience. Volunteering with the Children's Hospital of Colorado and the National Sports Center for the Disabled showcases my commitment to childcare, including for children needing special care. My diverse leadership roles, along with being the eldest in my family, have shaped me into an attentive, patient, and emotionally intelligent individual.
