About Alexis

Alexis has been an incredible support for our family. She is reliable, sweet, and truly goes above and beyond in everything she does. She has a natural ability to connect with children while creating a fun, engaging, and structured environment where they feel comfortable. She has been especially thoughtful in supporting my youngest child with different needs, including ADHD and autism. She understands the importance of patience, flexibility, individualized attention, and creating activities that encourage development while allowing children to feel successful and understood. Balancing both of my boys is not an easy task, but she does a great job. Beyond childcare, Alexis has been a huge help with managing the daily details of our household. She is proactive, organized, and always finds ways to make our routines run more smoothly. She plans age-appropriate activities and helps with schedules to keep things organized and anticipate our family’s needs, she has been someone we can fully trust.
