About Alexis

My name is Alexis . I am a recent UCLA graduate in Dance and minor in Arts Education. I have experience in working with both children and animals. I've walked dogs my whole life, and volunteer at Mary S Robert's, and The Los Animal Shelter. I've babysat cousins and family my whole life, I'm a proud older sibling of 4. I also work in the education system as a future educator and always connect well with my students. I have a grand understanding of mental health, triggers and healthy coping skills to offset blowouts. I'm an excellent communicator and always have fun non-screen activities. Confident, adventurous, considerate. One thing you should know about me is I am extremely kind always but I can be firm if needed. My skills include being an active listener and aware of animal body language, being a cautious and responsible pet caretaker (picking up after them, keeping them a safe distance away from others), and respecting the animal's boundaries .
