I joined the childcare field in 2016 and since then I've been a nanny for a couple of loving families and even was a lead teacher in a Short Pump preschool classroom for the year of 2019 which was an amazing learning experience because I got to observe and gain a better understanding about conducting a classroom of 18 3-year-olds! We hired Lexi to care for our two daughters who were ages 1 and 3 at the time. Lexi was the perfect fit. She was very reliable and always communicated. She was also very attentive to our children and their needs. She even took the time to teach them as she has former teaching experience. She truly became a member of our family and we highly recommend her.
