I'm a passionate and experienced childcare provider with a genuine love for helping children learn and grow. My journey into caregiving was driven by my desire to support families and provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. I maintain open communication with parents through verbal updates at pickup, ensuring they're informed about their child's day and any matters that require their attention. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in fostering a respectful and collaborative environment. I gently remind children of the rules and redirect them when necessary, helping them understand the importance of following them.
