Enjoy being a part of a team where all ideas are listened to, and everyone is treated as an equal. Enjoy connecting with children on a deep level. Having the opportunity to be the person one needed as a child holds so much power. As an experienced childcare provider I know we possess tremendous power to make these kids days as joyous as possible, to be an instrument of inspiration.
