Hired Alexia to care for my 12 year old daughter. Lacks confidence. Not dependable. Daughter reported feeling like 'walking on egg shells' as Alexia had a lot of preferences. She surprised me with an overtime fee of $35 without warning. Her schedule was to drop my daughter at Math tutoring by 5p. She dropped her off at 5:16p precisely (have the text to confirm) then told me because she went over the 5p time it's an automatic $35 charge. I paid her but told her it's the nanny's responsibility to make sure the child is on time to the schedule we agreed upon. She was late dropping my daughter off and blamed me for her being over time. Glass half empty service, it's easy to see she doesn't want to be a nanny.
