A little bit about myself: I have been both a pool lifeguard as well as a swim coach for several country club pools. The ages of the children on the swim teams I coached ranged from 5-18, so I am comfortable caring for and looking after kids of a large age range. I have been a beach lifeguard in Sea Isle City, NJ for the past 10 summers, so I am certified in CPR, First Aid, AED, and Open Water Rescue accredited by the Red Cross and the South Jersey Chiefs' Association. I was previously a Strength and Conditioning Coach and an Anatomy Teacher at SLAM High School in Miami, FL after receiving my Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami. I am now living back in the Philadelphia area. Needless to say I have had plenty of experience with both coaching, training, and looking after kids of all ages for the majority of my life. I am available as both a babysitter and as a private swim instructor for all ages.

Alex was just fantastic. We hired him for our 7 year old highly energetic and restless son. Alex is a swimming coach too so he gives very affordable swimming lessons on top of babysitting. He left the place noticeably neater than before he came to babysit. I don't remember the last time I wrote a positive review for anyone, but Alex provided an exceptional help with our child. He also comes in right on time, something that's unheard of in Miami. My only concern is that he will become too popular and we won't be able to get him as often.
