About Alex

I'm a childrens athletics coach for Echo Park Rec Center and I work at Rockdale Elementary as an Educational Aide. I'm great with kids work or play! I'd describe my personality as energetic, fun, and responsible. I like working with kids because watching them acquire skills is so fun to watch and it helps to remind me that we all have to start somewhere with skill building. I'm looking for a job that respects the years of experience and responsibility I'm bringing to the table. I started working with kids when I taught improv at a kids camp when I was 26 in Austin, TX. More recently I have been working with LA Rec and Parks and LAUSD with kids aged from 5 - 15. In my spare time I like to travel, garden, play with my pup, I coach and play basketball and I'm going to Cal St to finish a degree. One thing you should know about me is respect is of the utmost importance to me. My skills include academic instruction, athletics, and communication.
