About Alexa

Hi, I'm Alex! I graduated from Appoquinimink High School under the early childhood pathway. Through that program I worked at many different preschools in the Middletown area including Appoquiniminks very own. After high school I worked at a local daycare teaching and caring for 1-2-year-olds. Also subbed in the infant, 3-4s, and grade school rooms! I've had one long term nanny job, it was 2 children, 7 and 8 years old. I worked with that family for a little under 3 years! With younger siblings in my life, I know the level of responsibility it takes to keep your kiddos safe. And with my professional childcare experiences, I've learned the importance of enrichment whether that be outside time, or crafts. But also healthy routine.
