About Alexa

Hi there! I have 10+ years of experience with children from birth to 5th grade. I have been a nanny and a teacher in daycares, private schools, and public schools. I am currently not CPR/First Aid certified but have taken these courses many times and am more than willing to get recertified for your family. My 3-year-old son is in preschool from 8:30-3:30 and drop off/pick up hours are pretty strict so I have to be able to be there no later than 3:30 to pick him up. I enjoy caring for children and being a part of their development. I love to sing songs, teach, and believe more in the "gentle" parenting side of allowing children to feel their feelings and helping them through it. It is very important that a child's emotional, mental, educational, and structural needs are all met as well as security and stability. You can rest assured that as a mom, I will make sure your child is as well taken care of as my own!
