About Alexa

Hello, I am looking forward to working with you! I have eight years of experience teaching in the classroom for 7-12 English and 7-12 special education in the state of Pennsylvania. I am a Pennsylvania certified teacher in the subjects of English, Special Education, and Reading Specialist. Currently I am an adjunct professor at a local college, where I teach education classes for aspiring teachers, English, and ESL classes. I have my bachelors degree and two masters degrees in education, and I am currently obtaining my PhD. Outside of classroom teaching, I have been an online homeschool teacher for the last five years, I've been a yoga teacher for eight years, and I was a dance teacher for 15 years. I have a deep passion for education, and I hope I can share this with you!
