I'm a fun, safe, patient mother of one seeking part-time/one time employment opportunities to provide you with quality child care in your home. I interact with children using a gentle parenting approach. I'm not afraid to be silly, sing songs, or work through big feelings. I was a summer break nanny for a family while in high school and was employed by two different child care facilities plus a senior residential facility in my early 20s. I also have experience working with children and adults with high intellectual/physical/sensory needs, at one point managing a residential group home for teenaged girls with various disabilities. I am willing to obtain current CPR/first aid certifications if required for the job - I have held these certifications in the past. Very comfortable with pets, light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
