I am a Texas State University Graduate with an all level teaching certificate. I have a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and a minor in psychology. I have coursework in early childhood education, child psychology, motor development/learning, special education, play in early childhood, and a plethora of other curriculum and disciplinary courses. I played Division 1 college softball. After college I spent time in Uganda as a home school teacher, a live-in nanny, and an enrichment teacher for a pre-school. Since then I have worked as a Program Director at a Non-Profit for kids in foster care. I love outdoor adventures, all things sports, nailing new recipes in the kitchen, driving, exploring and experiencing new things to learn. She was great with my three girls- 4yo, 2yo, and baby. She is very energetic, friendly, and playful with kids. She was patient and caring with my moody toddler. She was dependable and on time. She helped me out while on maternity leave- cared for my bigger girls and helped out with the baby when I needed to catch a nap or shower. Definitely would hire again for future needs!
