Alexandria was very efficient and conscientious in her work and responsibilities. She always arrived prepared and was attentive to the child, but remained flexible in meeting the needs of the student's goals. She is intuitive and can bring a global perspective when working with children and students. She works to motivate a child towards their own independent success, and not just the lesson completion. I would definitely hire her again, and wished we lived closer.
