About Alexandria

Hi there! My name is Alexandria, but I go by Aleigh. I'm 29 years old, & I've been a mom for 4 years. I used to volunteer in children's ministry & babysit when I was a teenager. Before having my daughter, I completed a semester of college, with the intention of majoring in Elementary Education, specifically to be a music teacher. I stopped classes to dedicate all of my time to being a stay-at-home parent. Being a mother, & all that comes along with it, is my greatest passion. I have firsthand experience (w/my daughter) with an 8 week NICU stay, intense food sensitivities, lactation/milk supply issues but still breastfeeding for 2. 5 years, tongue/lip ties, asthma, & having to become the expert of researching & understanding my daughter's issues without the proper support of a medical team (we finally got the support after unrelenting advocating & referrals!). I believe all children deserve to be given love, safety, & opportunities to reach their full potential.
