About Alexandra

Hi! My name is Allie! I helped care for my baby siblings growing up, so my love for childcare started at a young age. I have 3 years of experience in a variety of different childcare positions. I was a camp counselor at a church and was an after school nanny at age 17. My most recent experience is caring for an amazing 4-year-old full time. I was with him Monday-Friday and helped with housekeeping, meal prep, and learning activities! I love arts and crafts and love to use them as a learning activity. For example We would do science experiments or crafts about weather. It is very important to me that I keep your kiddo active throughout the day. I am always down for some games outside. On rainy days, I will find ways to keep them on their feet in the home. I once created a life size candy land game in his house. This kept us moving while also working in counting and colors!
