About Alexandra

Hello! My name is Alexandra, but you can call me Lexi. I have always had a passion for working with children, which led me to start my journey in childcare as an assistant teacher in the infant room at Countryside Child Care. During my first six months there, I developed a deep understanding of the needs and nuances of infants, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment for their growth and development. Eager to expand my skills and take on more responsibilities, I transitioned to being the lead teacher in the infant-toddler room. In this role, I honed my ability to create engaging and stimulating activities tailored to the developmental stages of each child, fostering their curiosity and love for learning. Recently, I made the exciting decision to join the Sippican YMCA childcare team. I am thrilled to bring my passion for early childhood education and for children to flourish in this new role. I am hopeful I can complement this role with a rewarding summer nannying job!
