Had multiple phone calls, had her meet my children, formally hired her and when it came to her start date never showed up. A HUGE disappointment. No call, no text, nothing. I reached out multiple times, through cell and through this app, on the day she was supposed to start and never heard back. Not only did she disappoint my husband and I because we both work and had to scramble to find a neighbor to help us on such last minute, but she also disappointed my children. They met her, had already spent time with her in the second interview, and were looking forward to playing with her this summer. Would NEVER recommend as she is unreliable and too immature for a nanny or even a short term sitter position.
