About Alexandra

Hello, my name is Ally! I have quite a bit of experience with kids of all ages. From being a professional nanny all the way to being a preschool director for two years (among other positions within the company over the past five years) along with some coursework and classes, I am always trying to find new ways to enrich myself in the ways of early childhood education! I have the privilege of being big sister of two younger siblings. I enjoy watching a child's mind grow and evolve into the person they are meant to be, and I am always grateful to be a small part of that said journey. In my free time, I like to spend time with my friends and husband, explore nature, and make music. I have experience with RIE and Reggio-Emilia based philosophies as well as emergent and anti-bias curriculum. My values included promoting children's to feel confident, safe, heard, and loved.
