In my current roles as an ABA, as well as a dance teacher, CNA, and nanny, I've accumulated over a decade of experience in both the home, public and private school settings. Through my experiences, I've developed a diverse skill set that includes trained verbal de-escalation and up-to-date First Aid/CPR certification. Additionally, my involvement as a coach for my local Special Olympics program and being an adaptive dance teacher speaks to my passion for both physical activity and creative expression. I love sports, being outdoors, I am a professional fort builder, super enjoy reading and arts and crafts fanatic. I have a traveling craft bag already ready! I'm also available for tutoring and light housework. Alex was my babysitter last summer for my then 6-month-old daughter when I returned to work from maternity leave. Upon meeting Alex, I immediately felt at ease and comfortable with her. She is reliable, trustworthy, and has excellent communication. Alex sent updates of pictures and videos throughout the day. She also recorded data in an app for me about what my daughter ate, along with diaper changes etc. (we were concerned about her weight). Alex always went above and beyond what was expected of her. She kept my daughter engaged with arts and crafts, taking her to the local library, and parks. Most importantly, I knew my daughter was well taken care of and safe with Alex!
