Hi families! I'm Alexa, a soon-to-be college graduate with over 7 years of childcare experience and a passion for helping kids learn and grow, and have fun :) For the past 3. 5 years, I've worked as a full time nanny in Bedford, NY, caring for children ranging from 8 months to 12 years old, including everything from daily routines to overnights and travel! Beyond nannying, I've worked as a tutor, swim instructor, camp counselor, and special needs art teacher! I aim to keep screen time minimal and have fun with activities like crafts, games, outdoor play, and baking! I love cooking and am always happy to help with meal time or meal prep if that's something that's a plus for you I'm based in Yorktown, NY, but am more than happy to travel to other parts of Westchester or CT. I create a warm, structured, and engaging environment where children feel supported, while building a strong partnership with families to ensure consistent care :)
