About Alexa

I'd describe my personality as trustworthy, responsible, and reliable I started working with kids when I was around the age of 8 years old. I grew up having to take care of my younger siblings and cousins all the time. From then on I have picked up small family/friendly babysitting jobs. As of right now, I am finishing up my apprenticeship in kids ministry at Harvest Bible Chapel, where I have been working closely with Children's Pastor to learn what it looks like to tend to a child's specific needs. My skills include patience, empathy and communication. It is very important that a child understands they are heard, seen and appreciated.
