About Alexa

I have always had a passion for working with children and I have been babysitting for several years now. I have experience working with young children on the Autism spectrum and have years of coursework in young childhood development. I am skilled in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children, ensuring that they are happy and engaged! In my previous babysitting and camp counselor roles, I have been commended for my ability to establish positive relationships with both children and parents. I am patient, compassionate and have a friendly demeanor, which allows me to communicate well with children of all ages. I am also able to maintain discipline when necessary, using positive reinforcement techniques to promote good behavior.
