She interviewed well and we met in person before we hired her. We ended up hiring her. However, she wasn't able to continue to provide care shortly after hiring and her beginning to work for us due to school. She sent me a text telling me she could no longer work for us on Friday because of school. However she was only working for us on Fridays, so we suspect it was something else.
