About Alexa

Hi!! My name is Alexa, and I would love to get to work with kids and be a light in their day! I am really passionate about nurturing young minds and contributing to their bright futures, which contributes to my interest in becoming an art therapist, specifically with kids of all ages! My experience caring for children ages 4-7 in a summer camp environment, and babysitting my cousins growing up, has encouraged my desire to positively impact their lives while supporting families. I'm patient, creative, and I enjoy getting to engage with people, especially kids! I enjoy doing arts and crafts, playing board games, and engaging in educational activities. I have some college experience, and I am working towards receiving training such as CPR training! I am comfortable with caring for one, two, or three kids! I also prioritize clear communication with parents, following the preferred method for updates and addressing any concerns. I'm also happy to help with carpooling and light housekeeping!
