About Alessandra

I have over 5 years of experience working with children in various settings such as the home, schools, clinics, and camps. I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician with children that have autism for over three years. I have a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and able to utilize my knowledge of ABA principles to foster a positive and social emotional learning environment for children from various backgrounds. I am creative and imaginative, willing to bring my own ideas and activities to the home with parental approval. I have a friendly demeanor and take a child lead approach while enforcing the rules of the home. I will communicate to the parents about their child in any way that is their preferred method of communication. I have reliable transportation, comfortable with pets, willing to travel, go on fun adventures, work on important developmental skills while creating a fun and friendly environment for the child.
