We hired Alessandra for taking care of our 4 year old and 2 year old children during my wife gave birth to our baby so that I (the husband) could accompany my wife to the labor room. As the exact time of birth is unknown, we needed Alessandra to be highly flexible. As my presence at the birth was very important, we needed Alessandra to be highly reliable. She showed excellent flexibility and reliability, so when the labor started, i could accompany my wife to the labor room and stay there during the birth. This would have been enough for us to be fully satisfied with her work. In addition to this she was very enthusiastic with our children, she did very well in amusing them.
