Hi! I'm Ally, an experienced childcare professional with 10+ years of babysitting and nannying experience. I currently work in an ABA inclusion school and am completing my RBT training, so I'm comfortable supporting children with different learning styles, developmental needs, and big feelings. I love creating a balance of structure, fun, and independence. I'm happy to help with school pickup, homework, crafts, outdoor play, snacks/dinner, routines, and keeping kids engaged and cared for. I'm CPR certified, dependable, patient, and take caring for children seriously. I'm also working toward becoming a teacher, so childcare is something I truly see as a career and passion. I'm looking for consistent after-school care, particularly Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons/evenings, with occasional date-night and weekend availability.
