About Alena

Hi there! I'm a young professional spending November 8th- December 19th in my hometown Missoula and looking to continue working with kids! The last three months have been nannying 3 kiddos in Prescott, AZ while my partner travel nurses but would like to be in MT to be close to family for the holidays before shipping out again. I know in-home childcare is in high demand right now, so while my time in Missoula isn't long, I know interim childcare can be extremely helpful while you continue your search. I have watched and cared for children ages 1-4 through several child care agencies including at a licensed Montessori learning center. I have also worked as an advocate in an emergency shelter for families, supporting newborn to late adolescence children. I enjoy learning, playing and supporting youth and creating safe spaces for kids to be themselves! I'm also always willing to assist with meal prep and house cleaning.
