About Alejandro

Hi! I'm Alejandro, a friendly, caring, and hardworking wildland firefighter with experience in California and Oregon. Learning English while becoming a firefighter taught me determination, adaptability, and communication. My interest in childcare comes from enjoying time with children and helping care for my younger cousin, who has autism. This taught me patience, understanding, and the importance of building trust. I bring positive energy, responsibility, and a focus on safety. I enjoy outdoor games, creative activities, and puzzles, and I'm happy to follow your family's routines and parenting preferences. I'm seeking temporary childcare work while recovering from appendix surgery and preparing for my next firefighting contract. I'll be open about my availability and physical limitations to ensure I can safely meet your children's needs. During my time with your family, I'll give my best to help your children feel safe, supported, and confident.
