About Alejandra

Hi! My name is Alejandra. I have almost two years of experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children with different needs by helping them develop communication, social, daily living, and positive behavior skills in a safe and supportive environment. I have also worked as a daycare teacher and I am CPR certified. I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Psychology, and I'm also a mom of two boys, ages 12 and 10. Being both a mom and someone who works professionally with children has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, safety, and understanding each child's individual needs. I'm caring, responsible, patient, attentive, and bilingual in English and Spanish. I truly enjoy spending time with children and creating a safe, positive, and fun environment where they can feel comfortable and supported.
