We cannot recommend Ale enough! She worked full time with our family from August 2024 through January 2026, and she truly became such an important part of our family during that time. The consistency, reliability, and calm presence she brought to our home was invaluable. She started with us caring for our toddler (beginning at 20 months old), and when our daughter transitioned to preschool, she seamlessly shifted into caring for our 3-month-old son. Those stages obviously require very different skill sets, and she handled both so naturally. On the occasions she had both children together, she managed everything with the same calm, capable energy she brought to every day. Ale was consistently punctual, dependable, and someone we completely trusted and relied on. One thing we especially appreciated was how genuinely present and engaged she always was with our children. She was never distracted or sitting on her phone — she was always interacting with them, playing, talking, reading, or fully focused on their needs, which gave us so much peace of mind. With our toddler, she did such a wonderful job balancing structure and fun. She followed and reinforced routines while also making the days feel playful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. She brought that same attentiveness, warmth, and patience to caring for our infant as well. More than anything, it was obvious how much our children loved her. Watching them light up when they saw her each morning said everything. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.
