We cannot recommend Alejandra enough. She has been part of our family for the last 3 years. While alejandra started working with our family to take care of our children, she became part of our family because of how much she cares for our children. She’s genuinely their best friend. We have thoroughly enjoyed being around her and learning from her as much as our children have. She has a kind nurturing soul that puts everyone at ease. Ale brings over 10 years of experience which we benefitted from greatly being clueless brand new parents. She follows any structure, schedule, task , or parenting style you prefer displaying a unified front of your wishes, as she is essentially a parental figure to the little ones. While she has been through it all before she does not impose her opinions or pass judgment. She instead will offer assistance or guidance if asked how she or other family’s have handled something in the past. Ale will meal prep for the kids, do their laundry, change their sheets, take them to classes and story time readings (she will find some if you would like but don’t know what’s available). She can manage every aspect (as much or as little) of your child’s needs as you like. Alejandra has been and will forever be a key member of our family. We moved away from San Francisco and just a little too far away to realistically keep working together. We are so sad to be parting ways and are jealous of the next family who will be lucky enough to have Ale join their family.
