Hello! My name is Aleia and I bring over 10 years of experience in childcare, including 7 dedicated years as a professional nanny. I have had the pleasure of working with children of all ages from infants to school-aged and I take great pride in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they can thrive. I am passionate about supporting children's growth through age-appropriate learning, creative play, and consistent routines. I believe in building strong, respectful relationships with both children and parents to ensure open communication and a smooth, trusting partnership. In my nanny roles, I've helped with everything from bottle-feeding and diaper changes to school drop-offs, homework help, and after-school activities. I'm also experienced in preparing healthy meals, light housekeeping related to the children, and helping families stay organized day-to-day.
