About Alegria

I enjoy caring for kids because I want to make a positive impact on children's lives and support families. I'm comfortable caring for one child and enjoy playing games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. As a second year college student I am able to help them with most school work, as I find it important for us to foster our learning. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I always follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents about their child's day verbally at pickup and through regular updates via text or phone call, however I am always open to communicating in whatever way you are most comfortable. In addition to supervising swimming, I'm also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I have First Aid Training and I follow the parents' preferred communication method. I hope to be the caregiver you're looking for!
