Overall, Aleah did a good job for us. She is kind and patient, and was typically here when expected, barring a few call offs. She was great at tidying up the house which helped a lot. She wasn't able to do all of the things I needed in terms of getting the kids ready, such as brushing their hair and teeth in the morning and keeping their faces clean. If the kids resisted or said no, she didn't know how to overcome that so those things didn't get done. This may have changed with continued experience, but she quit suddenly without notice so we will never know. I also wish she were more engaged with the kids, playing with them more and letting them use electronics less. All in all, she did a good job, but she left me without help with no notice so I have to downgrade her rating for that. And once she quit for "health reasons" I noticed she has been active here and had updated her profile looking for her next position before she quit.
