Aldrey is a highly caring, competent and professional nanny who we adore! She is responsible, on time, and communicative. We have been so comfortable leaving our 6 month old with Aldrey while I returned to work…she has played a part in helping making my transition back into the office easier. She adores my son and he is so happy to see her every morning!! In addition to Aldrey taking great care of our son, she can organize like no other! She organized his drawers SO BEAUTIFULLY without me having to ask. Aldrey takes initiative and helps us around the house when my son is asleep. She is never on her phone, even when he is asleep, but she always has her phone nearby and is prompt to respond to my husband and I while we are working. She is bold and takes action and knows what to do to take the best care of our son and around the house without us needing to ask. Her initiative makes our life easier because we don’t need to think about creating a schedule or an agenda for her each day. She is also a GREAT cook and thoughtful! For example, she brought my husband and I soup to bring to work for lunch one day after her and I talked about soup the day before. My only critique is that I would have liked her to him outside a little more to classes and different activities. She knows many languages and our son will grow up bilingual, so her speaking Italian with him was really helpful for us. Taking care of our son is the first priority and she is great at that. After that however, what really sets her apart is her initiative and experience. I feel like my husband and I have an extra person between the two of us to help run the household and everything that entails with having a baby. She takes so much off of our plate and that is the best feeling. She is truly helpful and steps ahead of us by the time we get home! It is a beautiful thing to come home and have no household chores in the way of playing with our son! CONSIDER IT A LUXURY TO HAVE ALDREY AS YOUR NANNY! We truly wish she was still our nanny!!
