As people grow older, it becomes more difficult for seniors to remain in their homes, which makes some feel insecure as they age. I make it possible for them to remain in their homes where they are most comfortable. I manage the medical needs of those I have cared for and their emotional well-being by being attentive to their immediate needs, as well as their long-term needs by being patient and compassionate, while treating your loved one with dignity and respect. My most recent experience in full-time elder care is as a live-in for a 100-year-old gentleman who needed assistance with his ADL's. I have cared for cancer, stroke, and bed bound as well as those who ambulate well but wanted the companionship of another person. I have experience with a feeding tube, PICC line, hoyer lift, trach maintenance, and wound care.
