I love taking care of babies, but I also like big kids. I'm a strong driver. I love doing arts and crafts, singing and dancing, and taking kids to the park. I speak Spanish and English fluently, and I'm comfortable speaking either with your children. I am a very loving caregiver and will treat your child like a family member. If I could give a million stars, I would. Sofi (Alba-Sofía) has been with us for two years. She began by taking care of my 7 month old son and continued as our family grew, taking care of our newborn as well. When we moved just outside of DC a few months after Sofi started working with us, we even paid for her Ubers (before she got a car) because we didn’t want anyone else watching our kid! We are soon transitioning our newborn into daycare with his brother and are really quite heartbroken to see Sofi go. Apart from being a delight to have around, Sofi is outstanding at her job. She is punctual, communicative, and goes above and beyond to make herself available when you need her. She is playful, loving, and engaging with the kids—she truly loves them like her own. She takes the best pictures! And she is constantly finding fun things to take the kids to. She’s a cautious driver and I feel safe with her driving my car with my kids. She helps start dinner and does other little things around the house when I ask. She ALWAYS leaves the house clean—no kid mess at the end of the day. Her English is amazing AND she speaks to the kids in Spanish. I could go on and on. She is one of a kind and we feel beyond blessed that she came into our lives. I cannot recommend her enough!
