Hi! My name is Alayna, and I'm a caring, dependable, and experienced childcare professional with 8+ years of experience working with children. I have spent the last 2 years working as a private nanny, caring for multiple children. I also have 2 years of daycare experience, where I worked as an assistant, substitute, and lead teacher with children ranging from nb through age 13 I'm a mom which has given me even more hands-on experience with the everyday routines, patience, flexibility, and organization. I genuinely love helping children learn& grow I'm comfortable with everything from meals, bottles, diapers, naps, baths, school and transportation to crafts and keeping children engaged throughout the day.
