About Alaya

Hello! My name is Alaya and I love being able to nurture children and witnessing their growth has been my passion for the past four years. My experience in previous roles has shown me how much I value making a positive impact on a child's daily life. I am a patient, creative, and approachable caregiver who finds genuine joy in supporting families. I am 20 years old with an associates degree in Criminal Justice. I also have my own transportation. I have worked in daycare and with nanny families. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications, and my Early Child Development coursework helps me provide thoughtful, age-appropriate care for children up to age 12. Whether we are playing board games, engaging in outdoor sports, or working on crafts, I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and carpooling.
