About Alaura

Nurturing children's potential is my passion, and I've dedicated the last three years to providing enriching care for families. My approach is rooted in creativity and fun, so I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities that spark curiosity. I have experience in caring for Single Family children, multiple children in one home for parental Bible study, and have worked for an after school program where I see 130+ students a day. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I always prioritize clear communication with parents, following your preferred method for updates. I hold certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training, and I have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I am happy to assist with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. Knowing I can make a family's life a little easier while watching their child thrive is what I find most rewarding.
