Absolutely amazing as a person, caregiver, and "mother's helper." Kind, caring, great with kids - playing games, reading stories, drawing and coloring. Also helped with kid chores like meals and school pick-up/drop-off, homework, etc. My kids warmed up to her very easily as she has just such a wonderful nature. And beyond that she is trustworthy, reliable, flexible, and helpful and goes the extra mile. This position was both childcare + "mother's helper" role so she was so helpful with things like the kid's laundry, helping with meals and clean-up, dishes, taking out trash/recycling - just all the things you need help with when running a household with children (and trying to work!). She will be the first person I go to if I ever need help with my household again in the future, and I highly recommend her.
