I have a Nursing license in Tx so I am familiar with medical situations. I have 3 kids ages 13 girl, 10 boy, and 8 girl. I watched 3 kids last year for a family 8am-5 p.m. randomly throughout the year 2023 in Coral Springs, FL. I am on time, reliable, hard worker and love kids very much. Playful, intuitive, and understanding I like to connect to my inner child, kids are so loving and caring, and kids have so much to teach us as adults. I can help out families that need to work, need free time to do an activity on their own, and a couple that would like to go out on a date together. When I was 13 years old I had 2 siblings I would watch sometimes, and babysat in the neighborhood. Go hiking with my kids and dog, play board games, and build legos. I also really enjoy doing art projects. That I think kids are the most wonderful in this world, and they are the next generation and our legacy. Adaptable to what the kids need, nurturing, and patient.

Alan would be best suited for watching older kids, maybe 5 and up. While she took care of our 18m old she did not seem to enjoy spending time with him and didn't interact or engage with him at the level we would want in a nanny for our toddler. It was just a job to her. She also could not leave her personal life at the door and I think it was affecting her level of engagement and focus on her work. We also had an issue with her focusing on doing her job when anyone was home because she would be more focused talking with us about her personal life than watching our child and that was a problem. We also had concerns about her level of concern or care with our toddler being in the heat and had to set a rule about at what temperature it was probably best to stay inside. She would probably do great with older kids as long as you set clear boundaries about bringing her personal life to work.
