Hi! I'm Alani, and I have 7+ years of hands-on experience caring for infants and children of all ages. My background includes private childcare, respite care, and education and training in child development. I'm also CPR/First Aid certified. I'm an active, engaged caregiver and love incorporating learning through play into our days. Whether it's sensory play, reading, music, crafts, outdoor time, or simply exploring, I enjoy creating fun experiences that support each child's development, confidence, and independence. I'm patient, attentive, and comfortable following routines while adapting to each child's individual needs and personality. I'm also a mom to a 5-month-old boy who comes to work with me and loves being around other kids! I'd love to connect with families who are comfortable with him joining us and become someone your family can trust and rely on!
