My experience includes early intervention, where I worked with infants and toddlers through play, songs, diaper changing, and developmental support. I also have behavioral respite experience with an 11-year-old boy with autism, behavior intervention with a 24-year-old woman, assisting with ADLs, social skills, hygiene, and community outings, and experience as a college shadow, helping a 29-year-old student with note-taking, organization, and emotional regulation. I have reliable transportation and am looking to support individuals, preferably ages 5-35.

Alana is incredibly thoughtful, nurturing, calm and sensitive to my child’s needs. She puts so much love and care into everything she does putting my daughter instantly at ease. My daughter has ADHD and can be a handful but Alana did a great job with her. My daughter had such a wonderful time with her and felt really well cared for. She was really thoughtful finding out what activities we were comfortable with and they plan to bake next time she comes over. Alana has a lot of experience with children and it showed in her ability to understand my child. We have had other experiences with babysitters that yelled and were harsh but Alana understands children and was able to create a mellow environment where my child followed directions and had fun.
