I'd describe my personality as kind, loyal, and funny. I like working with kids because I'm very nurturing by nature and love the gained perspective that is often lost upon adulthood. I'm looking for a job that is consistent for a kind family with great communication. I started working with kids when I was 14, starting off with babysitting for neighbors and eventually becoming CPR/AED/First Aid (National CPR Foundation) certified and Crisis Intervention (CPI) certified once I began working as a Behavioral Technician in my early 20s for children with special needs. In my spare time, I like to knit, play the drums, paint, read, and go on walks. One thing you should know about me is communication is very important to me. I am very detail-oriented and reliable and kindly hope for the same qualities in my clients. My skills include CPR, crisis intervention, and patience.
