About Alanah

I started working with kids when I was about 19 years old. I worked at a child development center where I worked with kids from 5 months-13 years old. There we helped kids regulate their emotions, work on motor skills, develop a love for reading and work together to create a routine. I have experience working with children on the autism spectrum as well. I am patient, reliable and hands on when it comes to the educational and developmental needs your child(ren) needs. I have puzzles, educational writing prompts, worksheets, outdoor activities and reading books. In my spare time, I like to take long walks with my fur baby. I also enjoy DIY projects, seeing live music, spending time with my family, and working out. I have my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Previous jobs include: child development center, peer mentor, family counselor, crisis counselor, and one on one aide. I am open to a background check and showing proof of car insurance.
