About Alana

Hi! My name is Alana Henry, I am a 22 yr old college student with a nursing major. I have been a licensed CNA for four years and have four years of experience caring for elderly patients in a nursing home. My experience has given me the ability to pay close attention to detail, medical knowledge, assistance with ADL's such as getting up, changing residents, dressing them, feeding them and much more. I am also CPR verified. Now when I was 16 I was a caregiver on this app for about 6 months, I baby sat a 10 month year old and a 3-year-old. I also grew up in a large household and was actively apart of raising family members from infancy all the way to age 15. . Caring for those in need is my purpose and taking care of people is my passion regardless of the age my patient or client maybe! My skills include communication, time management, attention to detail, empathy, social skills, ethics, organization, hygiene, compassion, multitasking, active listening and many more.
